What is DENYUT Lab?
DENYUT Lab is our youth-focused creative lab designed to introduce young people aged 10 to 18 to the world of cinema and audiovisual arts. Over a period of six months, participants will:

Watch inspiring films from around the world and discover diverse styles of storytelling.

Attend workshops and masterclasses led by Academy members and award-winning artists—experts in directing, writing, cinematography, editing, sound, and design.

Take part in hands-on creative projects that build skills in storytelling, production, and media literacy.

Connect with peers and mentors who share their passion for film, helping to build confidence and creative vision.
Vision & Ambition
At DENYUT Lab, we believe cinema is more than entertainment—it’s a powerful tool for expression, education, and community building. We aim to nurture young voices who are curious, courageous, and uncompromising in their creativity. Our ambition is to inspire a generation that understands the craft, respects its traditions, and pushes its boundaries.
How It Works

Duration: Six months, with monthly sessions (workshops, screenings, and masterclasses).

Outcome: By the end of the programme, participants will have created their own short project, exhibited within the Academy, and gained skills and mentorship that last far beyond the Lab.
